#wcw Alicia Jabbar

I’m excited to feature a long-time member of Women Catalysts and our East Bay local leader Alicia Jabber for our #wcw this week. Alicia has been a driving force in building our community beyond San Francisco.

We are jazzed for East Bay Lightning Talks in celebration of International Women’s Day. Alicia is helping women make it happen through her organization Inside Out and supporting Women Catalysts community to meet IRL. Thanks Alicia!

What I'm working on...

I am working on learning systems that will support scaling the impact Inside Out can make in women's lives. That comes in two forms.

The first is promoting events, including expanding and formalizing the East Bay Women Catalysts. At Inside Out, we are hosting more events and refining our programming to better support our 100+ alumni of amazing women. We are experimenting with new events in partnership with others. Our Wisdom Within Retreat in Sayulita, Mexico, in April is a first for us.

The second big focus is email marketing. I am jazzed to provide value to Inside Out clients and prospects in different forms and more frequently than our current business allows.

My goals for this year are...

I am in my 3rd year of running my business and want this year to be a year of focus. More clarity on what we offer and who we serve.

I make themes instead of goals. This years theme is BODY. In all ways. I am learning embodiment or somatic coaching practices, investing in my own somatic coach, and saying yes to anything that feels like loving and nurturing my body. I am currently obsessing with cranioscaral therapy - perfectly California woo and one of the most rejuvenating things I have ever done for myself.

Here's how you can help me...

Share your learnings on all things event promotion and email marketing.

Come to one of Inside Out events - locally or in gorgeous Sayulita, Mexico. Or spread the word to women in your network who are looking for a dose of clarity, boost of confidence, and connection with other amazing women.
